Curriculum Vitae

I research asset pricing and institutional investors, with projects on stock-market anomalies, mutual funds, short selling, information acquisition, and financial social media.

I teach corporate finance in Mays Business School's full-time MBA, engineering MBA, and flex-online MBA programs. I also created Boone's Finance Boot Camp, a public, self-paced finance fundamentals curriculum.

I received my Ph.D. in finance from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School. I earned an M.S. in financial economics and a B.S in economics from Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.

I like to exercise, read, and be with my wife and children.
